Crafting erena's navigation and experience wasn't about speed, but intention. We took a meticulous approach, prioritizing process and purpose over rushing out the door. This focus ensured a user-centric design built for long-term success.
The erena redesign demanded a user-centric approach. In-depth interviews yielded pain points, further validated by a heuristic evaluation. Leveraging this empathy map, we tackled the navigation's information architecture first. Rough wireframes of the sitemap were tested with tree-testing, guiding the restructuring of the navigation and dashboard. Armed with this quantitative data, I meticulously crafted the navigation, prototyping each component before culminating in high-fidelity mockups. Confident with our research findings, we presented our recommendations to leadership, securing buy-in and paving the way for the building phase.
