Time to become user ninjas! We'll interview people, run surveys, and check out the competition to understand their needs, wants, and frustrations. Market research helps us see what already exists and where we can bring something new.

Think Outside the Box
Let's brainstorm like crazy! With all our user knowledge, we'll toss around tons of ideas, no matter how wild. The more diverse, the better! Collaboration and open minds help us find hidden gems.

From Idea to Reality
We pick the most promising ideas and flesh them out, thinking about how they work, how easy they are to use, and how they look. Sketches, prototypes, all that good stuff helps us visualize and test these concepts.

Hands-on Validation
Now it's the users' turn! We get our prototypes in their hands and see what they think. What works? What needs fixing? We're always iterating, refining, and testing again. Design is a conversation, not a one-time thing.
